低筋麵粉: 80克, 蛋液: 2個, 蛋黃: 2個, 細砂糖: 5+8克, 檸檬: 幾滴, 黑芝麻: 適量
步驟
1細砂糖準備蛋黃5g 蛋液8g,小寶貝糖少一點,主要是更好的打泡!

2工具準備,最好用自動打蛋機,矽膠裱花袋很好用!黑芝麻磨碎會更香也易消化!蛋黃蛋液分離!

3細砂糖5g加入蛋黃

6開始打泡!蛋液出現魚泡狀,加入細砂糖8g!繼續打泡!

7打到打蛋器提起, 尖頭挺立即可!

8倒入準備好的蛋黃液,快速輕柔用刮刀上下翻動!切勿順時針攪拌!上下切入翻動!翻動!翻動!儘量用刮刀!比較好拌!

9充分調和在一起比較粘稠!

16油紙鋪好,儘量擠一樣大小,保持距離!烤箱提前預熱5分鐘 (預熱時間根據自家烤箱火候而定!)

17烤盤30cm大小,一個烤盤25-20個,本次烤了4鍋,爸爸烤了一鍋!我家美的牌烤箱,沒有時間設定,默認溫度應該是150,烤箱預熱5分後,再烤5-7分鐘即可!

19如果表面比較軟,就再烤幾分鐘,時間根據自家烤箱脾氣來,烤久會糊,烤的時間短又不脆!烤好的餅乾直接一晃烤盤就滑動!不粘!爸爸的第一次還不錯!重在心意!?烤好晾涼,趁熱吃外脆內軟,很香!大家都試試吧!
