原料
蘿蔔: 1根, 香菇: 8朵, 香腸: 3根, 鹽: 適量, 粘米粉: 500克, 砂糖: 45克, 水: 360ml
步驟
1蘿蔔去皮刨成絲,冬菇,臘腸切成小粒備用
2鍋里不放油,把臘腸放進去煸出油之後放冬菇,全程不放油

3接著把蘿蔔絲放進去一起炒,炒到蘿蔔絲開始變軟,然後放鹽,翻拌一下,關火,放涼備用。

7盤子要擦乾水分,盤子抹上油,這樣方便脫模,放進麵糊

8開水放進鍋里,蒸50-60分鐘,筷子插進去比較結實,拿出來沒有沾上面糊即可。關火撒上蔥花,芝麻,蓋上鍋一兩分鐘,讓蔥花熱一下,即可取出放涼。
