原料
白菜 1顆, 腌製鹽 適量, 糯米粉 2兩, 水 適量, 辣椒粉 4兩, 雨露 150ml, 薑末 適量, 蒜末 7顆蒜, 洋蔥 1個(切絲), 蘋果 1個大的(插成絲), 糖 1大勺
步驟
1將白菜從中間劈開

2把腌製鹽均勻的撒在白菜上及其縫隙間

3加入40度左右的溫水,並莫過白菜,用重物壓住(嘻嘻,我用的礦泉水瓶在裡面加滿水)腌制一宿,轉天洗掉鹽分,嘗一下是不是還咸,直至嘗起來不咸為止

4糯米粉與水的比例是1:2放在鍋子裡熬制

5用勺子一直攪拌,如果看糯米粉乾了就加入水並轉小火繼續熬制

6熬制3,4分鐘差不多,成粘稠狀即可,放涼

7辣椒粉加入晾涼的糯米糊

8再加入雨露

9攪拌均勻(如圖所示的狀態即可)

10加入薑末,蒜末,還有洋蔥絲

11然後將蘋果插成絲

12加入適量白糖

13攪拌均勻並放置5分鐘

14將瀝干水分的白菜放在盤子上

16均勻的擦在白菜葉上

17然後再放下上面的葉子均勻的擦上料

18使每一個的白菜葉兒上都擦上聊

19放在密封的罐子裡,放置1天左右就可以吃了,當然放置的時間稍微長一點味道就好吃哦~
