6倒入醬油炒幾分鐘後分別放花椒、老薑、香葉、八角、蔥煸炒,出香味加入冷水(有高湯也可以加高湯)大火熬開,改小火慢燉10~20分鐘(家有老人或小朋友的燉20分鐘)
