原料
奶油乳酪: 250g, 鮮奶油: 200ml, 新鮮雞蛋: 3個, 細砂糖: 50g, Savoiardi手指餅: 200g, 甜酒: 120g, 咖啡粉: 15g, 無糖可可粉: 30g, 檸檬: 半個
步驟
1蛋黃加一半糖打至發白,加入奶油乳酪打至松發

2鮮奶油打發備用

3蛋白中擠幾滴檸檬汁,加剩下的糖打發~

4把乳酪蛋黃糊、打發的蛋白一起拌入奶油中拌勻,得到Tiramisu糊備用
