步驟
1首先準備好需要的材料 除黃油以外的所有材料放入麵包桶中,揉面25分鐘

5發酵好的麵糰排氣揉勻,蓋保鮮膜鬆弛10分鐘

6用電子秤均勻分割麵糰

8鬆弛好的麵糰就要開始塑形了 麵糰擀開成橢圓形

9翻面後橫著放擀開擀成成長方形

16我會放入烤箱中(不插電),再放一小碗開水悶著 大約50分鐘到兩倍大

17放入預熱好的烤箱中180度烤制15分鐘即可
