原料
大鴨腿: 2隻, 五香滷肉料: 1包, 甜麵醬: 1大勺, 料酒: 1大勺, 姜: 1大塊, 蒜: 4瓣, 蔥: 4根, 生抽: 適量, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1鴨肉用生抽、料酒和鹽腌制10分鐘;

2炒鍋燒熱,加適量油(以沒過鴨肉三分之二為宜),燒至七成熱,放入鴨肉炸;

3炸至金黃色,撈起控油;

4原鍋留少許油,把甜麵醬倒入炒香。

5加適量清水,放入滷料和配料,再放入鴨腿;

6轉入壓力鍋,排氣後壓5-10分鐘,不用壓力鍋的話就用小火燉煮40分鐘左右後將鴨腿撈出,控去水分後斬塊。
