1進口WestGold無鹽黃油

2把黃油切塊放入一鐵盆中

3和勻後用攪拌器攪拌

4加入其他材料,鹽,白砂糖,酵母用溫水溶解後加入

5和面,加入和好的黃油和酵母,把麵糰揉好收成圓型,放置烤箱發酵

6取出麵糰,捏成一小圓團一小圓團,用手或者模具滾成扁橢圓形,不要把腸仔全部包進去,因為麵包會膨脹 如圖,腸仔露出頭尾

7放置在墊了烤紙的烤盤上,烤箱預熱,180度,烤至自己喜歡的金黃色即可
