步驟
1先將紅薯和紫薯(自可加芋頭)削皮,切開,隔水蒸

2把蒸好的紅薯、紫薯壓成粉狀

3溶解木薯粉,放入紅薯、紫薯粉里搓成麵糰,再搓長條形,切成正方形或搓圓形都可以

4燒開水,把切好的方形和圓形放入沸水煮,切記要拿出來後要用涼水過一過

5弄好了,放在碗里加椰汁或者牛奶都行

6事先可以煮些紅豆或西米,我用的是蘭香子,口感好又可以潤胃
