牛裡脊: 150g, 豆腐: 一塊, 雞蛋: 一個, 娃娃菜: 半顆, 番茄: 1/4個, 蘑菇: 4顆, 洋蔥: 半顆, 豆芽: 50g, 蔥姜蒜: 適量, 韓式辣椒醬: 2大勺, 生抽: 1大勺, 麻油: 適量, 鹽 糖: 適量, 高湯(可不用): 500g
步驟
1蒜瓣切成末,薑片切絲(其實應該磨成泥,但家裡木有工具)加兩大勺韓式辣椒醬,一大勺香油,適量醬油,按個人口味可以加少許白糖,拌勻待用
