越南米紙: 10張, 大蝦(進口大蝦仁也很好): 200g, 蘆筍: 2根, 新鮮香菇: 4個, 蔥 姜 蒜: 少許, 芝麻油: 2勺, 澱粉: 2勺, 日本醬油(普通也可): 1勺, 橄欖油: 少許, 海鹽: , 香菜: 1把, 生菜: 1顆
步驟
1大蝦去殼,切段,不要太小

2蘆筍切丁,香菇切末備用

3蔥,姜,蒜,切末用橄欖油略炒香 倒入香菇末,蘆筍丁,大蝦,鹽,醬油,和1茶勺澱粉

4適當翻炒後,再把另一半澱粉放入,拌炒下後關火盛起 放入新鮮的香菜末,倒入芝麻油(香),充分拌勻 (我的蝦肉切小了,比我這個再大一點更好哦)

5開始準備包蒸餃,大碗盛冷水

6每片米紙在冷水中稍微浸一下,撩起,放入砧板上,鋪上內餡,折起,用蔥紮緊
