牛腱: 1隻, 豬爪: 2個, 蘭花豆乾: 3塊, 白豆乾: 若干塊, 雞蛋: 12個, 王守義滷料、茴香、桂皮、蔥姜、料酒、白糖等:

1各種原料洗凈綽水

2雞蛋等煮熟剝皮

3準備各種原料,我這裡選用了王守義滷料

4準備大鍋,放入各類調料。有老滷的也一起放入

5把要滷的肉類先放進去,加生抽老抽

6煮到肉可以用筷子搓的動了,加白糖或者冰糖調味

7這時候可以把肉盛出來,加入雞蛋和豆乾等繼續鹵
