1蛋清蛋黃放在兩個盆里

2蛋黃盆里加牛奶50g 油50g糖20g蛋糕粉50低粉30g攪拌均勻

3用打蛋器打蛋清、分三次加糖、打成奶油狀、加兩滴醋

4忘記拍照了、蛋清分兩次加蛋黃糊里、烤盤放張油紙、把蛋糕糊倒入烤盤、170度15分鐘、烤到中間的時候放張錫紙、烤完後拿出來涼一會
5把沙拉醬均勻抹在上面、再放上肉鬆

6拿一個大點油紙把蛋糕捲起來、放冰箱20分鐘
