如果觀察蛋糕熟沒熟!用牙籤紮下拿出來!牙籤上無潮濕,乾爽就是蛋糕好了!每個烤箱的溫度和時間都不一樣!請自己隨時觀察隨時調整!如果上色嚴重而蛋糕又沒烤好可以加蓋錫紙
