薑汁: 20克, 牛奶: 200克, 糖: 適量

1準備好一張紗布(可以過濾薑汁的布就可以了),一個姜切絲或切末的工具。

8倒點薑汁進碗里,備用(薑汁不要放太多,會苦)

9牛奶小火加熱到沸騰狀態,立即關火,放涼到大約70度左右倒進裝有薑汁的碗里
