原料
豬肉餡, 菠菜, 雞蛋, 蔥, 姜, 鹽, 香油, 澱粉, 料酒
步驟
1蔥姜切末,蔥姜比例4:1放入豬肉餡中

2半斤肉餡加入水澱粉少許,雞蛋一個,鹽,香油,雞精,料酒、少許生抽也可以不加您隨意隨意

3豬肉餡順著一個方向攪拌至上勁兒

4鍋內做水,水開後放入菠菜

6鍋內放水,開小火,趁著水涼將肉餡用小勺做成丸子,放入鍋中。用手勺推鍋邊的水讓丸子動一動別粘鍋底。攪拌上勁的丸子其實不愛沉底哈哈您要是不愛攪拌就拉倒

7丸子做好,火開到中小火
