原料
A牛腩適量 400g, A色拉油大 1勺, A抱子甘藍 6個, A圓蔥 2個, A胡蘿蔔 1個, A土豆 2個, A水, B西蘭花, B薄荷, B鮮奶油 適量
步驟
1將牛腩切成適當的大小,將圓蔥,土豆,胡蘿蔔切稍微大點的塊

2將鍋加熱後放油,然後放月桂葉和牛腩

3牛腩變色後加入胡蘿蔔,抱子甘藍,圓蔥和水

4小火燉1小時後再加入土豆,燉10分鐘左右

5然後加入燉牛肉的專用調料,小火併不斷攪拌10分鐘左右停火

6蓋上鍋蓋稍微燜一小會兒即可裝盤
