童子雞, 榛蘑, 蔥, 東北的榛蘑, 姜, 蒜, 紅辣椒, 大料, 小茴香, 花椒, 醬油, 料酒、, 糖, 食用油, 鹽
步驟
1東北的榛蘑用適量溫水浸泡約六十分鐘左右,(淘米水更佳)撈出洗凈控水待用

2將小仔雞洗凈,剁成小塊

4放入雞塊翻炒均勻

7放入燉鍋中,加入適量開水,開鍋後再蓋蓋燉50分鐘左右
