原料
豬蹄 700克, 干黃豆 300克, 干辣椒 1小把, 花椒 1小撮, 香葉 2片, 八角 1個, 老薑 1小塊, 小茴香 1小撮, 桂皮 1小塊, 紅糖 2小勺, 醬油 3勺
步驟
1豬蹄剁小塊,黃豆提前一晚上泡發

2接著去血水,豬蹄冷水下鍋,水沸前撈起豬蹄

4再下豬蹄炒均勻
