簡介
水煮系列,準備工作比較繁瑣,材料準備要全,我用的是海魚,所以上漿過油了,如果是草魚黑魚之類河魚,不用上漿過油,直接水煮即可,水煮肉類以此類推。
原料
龍利魚 500g, 生菜 500g, 泡椒 少許, 干辣椒 少許, 蒜末 少許, 香蔥 少許, 香菜 少許, 辣醬 少許, 豆瓣醬 少許, 芝麻 少許, 花椒油 少許
步驟
1切魚片
