武昌鱼: 1条, 油: 30克, 姜丝: 30克, 料酒: 1勺, 葱: 半根, 盐: 5克, 鸡精: 小半小勺, 蒜片: 15克, 小米椒: 2个, 生抽: 2勺, 蒸鱼豉油: 3勺, 香油: 1勺, 胡椒粉: 少许, 熟白芝麻: 少许

1将武昌鱼清理干净,洗净沥水
