1准备好主要原料

2将原料:面粉,牛奶,奶粉,盐,蛋液,白砂糖,酵母按顺序放入面包机里

3启动揉面功能15分钟,暂停

4放入黄油,不融化切片软化的也行

5继续启动揉面功能15分钟,选择发酵功能,继续发酵(我打算下次试试不发酵,直接最后用烤箱一次发酵试试)

6将发酵好的面团分割成等量的九份(每份大约62克)每份中间放一勺豆沙,像包包子似的捏紧,多捏几下,会更紧实

7将包好豆沙的面团光面朝上放入烤盘里

8在烤箱里放一碗温水,把烤盘放烤箱中层40℃发酵至面团两倍大

9取出烤盘,用毛刷将蛋液刷在面团表面
