3把鱼洗净后切片(或者买鱼的时候让老板现场把活鱼片成鱼片,免费的),调料包里有腌制的粉包,取出后把鱼腌制一下,再加点料酒,我买的鱼比较大,就多倒点料酒

4加入少许盐、味精、胡椒粉(可祛除鱼腥味)腌制15分钟左右

5锅中倒油,把调料包里的酸菜炒一会儿2、3分钟左右

6锅中倒入开水,煮开

7把腌好的带鱼骨头的挑出来,先入锅煮熟

8煮沸腾后捞出所有的东西(除了汤不用捞出来)

9锅留汤,煮沸

10煮沸后把腌好的鱼片倒入锅里,煮一会儿,大约3分钟(鱼片厚的话就要煮稍微久点)

11鱼片沸腾后出锅

12油倒多点,把蒜泥入锅炸(姜末可放可不放,不影响口感)

酱料包炒好,倒的开水最好多点,免得太咸
