无盐黄油: 90克, 棉花糖: 300克, 全脂奶粉: 150克, 熟黑芝麻: 60克, 炼乳: 30克, 糯米纸: 若干

1融化无盐黄油

2称300克棉花糖,再加入30克炼乳。

3一并倒入厚底不粘锅中搅拌至彻底融化

4融化后再炒五分钟(注意全程小火,刮刀需不停搅拌)

5倒入奶粉黑芝麻迅速搅拌,拌匀后离火放入牛扎糖模具中放凉。(放凉后放入冰箱冷冻室30分钟)

小技巧
这个方子是软奶糖,不包糯米纸会很粘糖纸。一定要买糯米纸包一下!(喜欢偏硬的口感就减少10克~30克黄油,同时增加25克奶粉。)
