步骤
1将白菜洗干净,将白菜叶子和白菜帮切开备用

2锅中放入清水,水中加入一点油和盐,大火烧开,将洗干净的白菜叶子放入水中小火煮1分钟左右

3将白菜叶捞出沥干水备用

4将猪肉搅打成肉馅备用

5将香菇、泡发好的木耳、白菜帮切成末加入猪肉馅中,并按个人口味加入适量的盐、生抽、耗油、姜末、料酒拌匀腌制半小时以上让肉馅更入味

6铺上一张白菜叶子,放上适量的肉馅

9将包好的白菜卷摆放在盘中,放蒸锅隔水蒸20分钟左右,蒸好的白菜卷会有很多水出来

10另起锅放入一点食用油,放入蒜蓉小火爆香;
