2油隔水加热至60度左右,筛入可可粉搅拌均匀!

5蛋白放入无油无水的容器,打蛋器打至粗泡状态,放入三分之一的糖再打!

12拌海的蛋糕糊均匀而浓稠,将蛋糕倒入模具8分满

13用手端住模具用力在桌上震几下,以震出内部的大气泡

14预热好的烤箱,以120度40分钟来烤,盖上锡纸,不易裂开,(温度看自家烤箱来定)再拿牙签戳入蛋糕,看看蛋糕有否湿面糊!出炉震模,立刻倒扣在晾网上,晾凉脱模
