原料
排骨: 500g左右, 麵粉: 700g(三人份), 蔥姜蒜: 適量, 花椒、八角: 適量, 料酒、醬油、白糖: 適量
步驟
1準備好蔥姜蒜、排骨洗乾淨瀝干備用

2油熱後放入一勺白糖、小火炒糖色後放入排骨翻炒、直至炒熟排骨

3放入蔥姜蒜爆炒、如喜歡吃辣可放入紅辣椒適量。煸炒出香味。

4放料酒、醬油、花椒粉八角粉、翻炒最後放適量鹽。

13切完面卷留一些邊角面片蓋在最外面、用筷子眨幾個孔

14鍋開後嘗一下湯味、適量調整、然後面卷抖開點下入鍋中、注意不要直接把面卷丟進去、不鬆散
