步驟
1蓮藕,土豆,胡蘿蔔刨絲,香蔥,生薑切碎

2雞蛋,麵粉加水調勻,將麵漿倒入藕絲,加入鹽,胡椒,味精,蔥,姜,一併和勻。

3平底鍋倒入橄欖油,調小火。倒入適量藕(正好均勻覆蓋住平底鍋一層的量),用煎鏟將藕覆蓋鍋底,小火煎制5分鐘,再反面煎3分鐘
