1白蘿蔔去皮切塊!和牛肉差不多大小,洋蔥切塊,蒜拍扁,蔥切段,姜切片

2牛肉切塊後,冷水下鍋把血沫煮掉!撈出洗乾淨備用

3熱鍋冷油,放入蔥段,蒜瓣,薑片爆香

5放入牛肉翻炒均勻,加入適量紅酒(料酒)我的紅酒是婆婆自己釀的。加入洋蔥翻炒。在加鹽,老抽!翻炒均勻

6翻炒均勻,加適量十三香,白糖後就可以倒入熱水啦

8熱水莫過食材就可以,開大火燉啦,要判斷什麼時候火候好,我都是拿根筷子,肉能輕鬆叉進去是最好的啦。
