原料
黃油: 100g, 奶油奶酪: 70g, 低粉: 100g, 雲龍宇治抹茶粉: 3g, 糖粉: 60g, 蛋: 2隻, 泡打粉: 1/2小匙
步驟
1黃油,奶油奶酪室溫軟化,雞蛋室溫,打勻
2低粉與泡打粉混合均勻後,均分為兩份,一份與抹茶粉混合均勻
3黃油加糖粉打至發白

4加入奶油奶酪繼續攪打均勻

5分次加入蛋液打勻

7另外一半加入白麵粉

8分別混合均勻後,合在一個容器中,稍微攪拌兩下,裝入裱花袋裡

9擠入模子中,用筷子攪拌兩下

10烤箱預熱170度,中層,上下火,25分鐘。(烤約5分鐘之後,10分鐘之前,看蛋糕頂部平滑了,要用到在頂部劃一刀,這樣裂口漂亮。我一疏忽,劃的晚了。)
