低筋麵粉: 50克, 香腸: 40克,煮熟, 蛋黃: 3個, 細砂糖: 40克, 牛奶: 30克, 色拉油: 30克, 粟粉: 5克, 鹽: 1/4勺, 蛋白: 3個, 白醋: 幾滴, 沙拉醬: 兩大勺, 白芝麻: 少許, 小蔥花: 少許
步驟
1小蔥切成蔥花、香腸切碎、烤盤鋪上油紙

2蛋黃加糖攪打均勻

5篩入已經篩過一次的底筋麵粉和鹽,切拌均勻成蛋黃糊

6蛋白分三次加糖,打至濕性發泡

7取三分之一的蛋白糊入蛋黃糊內,快速切拌後

8再取三分之一入蛋黃糊內再次拌均

9最後把蛋黃糊倒回至蛋白糊內,充分切拌均

10從高處倒入鋪好油紙的烤盤內,磕出汽泡,均勻撒上蔥花和芝麻

11烤箱預熱180度,中下層,20分鐘,(我用上火全功率,下火半功率),待熱氣稍散後,均勻的抹上沙拉醬,撒上香腸碎

12把蛋糕邊稍修斜,用擀麵杖向後卷,蛋糕向前推捲成蛋糕卷後包好定形,放置一小時左右就可食用
