这里的肉皮是要处理过的,把干猪皮先用碱水将上面的油污洗净,晾干表面的水分,用温油炸至金黄色酥脆时即可贮存备用。再通过合理的烹调,即可以做成可口的类似鱼肚的美味佳肴。将油炸好的肉皮,放入温水中发透,洗净,切成小条。食用时,以鸡汤或肉汤,煨炖炸好的肉皮,或者做小炒非常美味!
