4发好的麦芽用料理机搅碎.

5待煮好的糯米温度降至60度,与搅碎的麦芽混合,混合均匀.

6电饭煲下垫个盘子,为了发酵时锅内温度不要超过60度.

7发酵5.5小时就足够了,如果发酵时间过长会有酸味.

小技巧
1.发麦芽最好在网上买个育苗盘. 2.发麦芽的温度不要超过25度,要知道小麦都是在冬天生长.其实我夏天也发过,没用,都发霉了!厨友们不要像我一样哦!
