1粽叶提前一天清洗,浸泡。

2糯米提前一天清洗及浸泡。起锅热油爆香葱头,将部分干香菇虾仁及糯米放入锅中炒至半熟程度,加适合自己口味的调味料

3另起锅把五花肉、虾仁、香菇、加调味炒熟

4开始包粽子,第一层先弄点糯米,中间放炒好的料,上层再加糯米压实.
