10最下层放置加满水的烤盘,打发蛋清时烤箱180度预热好

11蛋糕模具底部用锡纸或蜡纸包好,我用的活底的,之前用锡纸烤完后很难去掉,索性用蜡纸,效果不错

12分三次将蛋清加入蛋黄液中打均匀,打时用切的手法,避免消泡,倒入模具中,轻震,震出大气泡

13均匀撒入椰蓉,貌似我撒的不够均匀,大家凑合着看吧,哈哈

14放到置水的烤盘上方一层,即倒数第二层

15180度,上下火,烤大概20分钟左右,看到上层变色后,调至150度,再烤60分钟左右(每个烤箱的脾气都不同)
