13加入一份馅料,用虎口一点一点把饼皮慢慢推上去收口

16压好后放入烤箱200度烤5分钟定型

17然后拿出来,表面刷少许蛋黄液(蛋黄加一点水稀释一下,薄薄的在月饼上刷一层,一定要少量,不要贪心),继续用180度烤13-15分钟,月饼周围有鼓起来的感觉表面上色就表示烤好了
