原料
糯米粉或面粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 2个, 盐: 适量, 水: 适量, 虾油: 适量, 茶籽油: 适量, 艾草: 50g, 食用碱: 少许
步骤
1取艾草嫩叶部分清洗干净,放入沸水锅内煮,加少许食用碱煮至软烂

2捞出马上投入冷水盆内冷却,用手取出艾草挤干水分,重复三遍

3艾草用刀切碎

4取一较深的碗,放入艾草,鸡蛋和虾油用筷子拌匀

5加入适量的糯米粉(我这次加的是面粉)

6绞拌成稀糊状,一定要稀一点煎的饼更嫩,才好吃

7锅内放入食用油,等油稍为有点热再倒入事先拌好的艾草面糊,中火煎到定型后翻一面煎
