2铁锅烧热注入少许油,油温起来后将切片五花肉下锅翻炒,炒至出油焦香时将生姜丝下锅一同煸香

4揭盖后将淘净的珍珠米倒入锅中,覆盖在芋头块上,掂锅使米粒平铺
