紫薯: 一至二个, 面粉: 200克, 牛奶: 140克左右, 白糖: 适量, 油: 少许, 安琪: 适量
步骤
1将紫薯洗净蒸熟,趁热加入适量白糖碾成紫薯泥

2面粉适量,加入安琪,这里按经验加就可以了

3用牛奶将面粉和成光滑的面团,因为面粉吸水性不同,(这里牛奶可酌情增减)放到温暖的地方发酵

4基本发到两倍大

5大概三十克面团,包入25克左右紫薯,压成饼状

6用刀把饼分成大概五到六份,中间不要连刀

7每个切口用手指往里收一下,成为一朵花的形状
