3肥牛片买现成的或者买整块肥牛冻硬后切片

4起锅烧油至50度,将金针菇和其它配菜拉油备用,在家里做就飞水即可,再在表面撒一点盐

5用盐,糖,黑椒汁,料酒拌匀调成味汁备用

6肥牛片粘上味汁,放上配料卷起上碟备用

7起锅下一点油,把肥牛卷倒入锅中煎至表面略微变色(不用翻噢),倒入黑椒汁盖上锅盖焖至刚熟即可上碟,上碟后将汁水勾芡淋上即可
