小技巧
1.卷6-7张的层次会很多,不建议卷7张以上 2.喜欢层次少的卷2-3张即可 3.这个分量卷大号可以做两个毛巾卷,卷小号的可以卷3-5个 4.冻硬一点在切切面会比较好看 5.冻完之后再撒抹茶粉做装饰避免受潮 6.煎班戟时建议用小火 7.奶油可以打8-9成发,打硬一点毛巾卷的形状会比较好看
