步骤
1 红枣去芯,用刀切比较省力

2 把一斤红枣全去芯后平铺在一个大点的盘子里上蒸锅

5 把打碎的枣浆倒入不粘锅里小火翻炒

小技巧
1.炒馅时一定要全程小火,不可心急用大火炒,会糊锅 2.因为馅是零添加剂的,尽量十天内吃完
