大闸蟹, 松露, 黄油, 黑胡椒, 粗盐, 料酒

2将松露洗净,并切成片儿

3把新鲜的大闸蟹放进锅里,加入料酒清蒸15分钟,大闸蟹由青变黄

4挑出蟹膏
