原料
面粉 500克, 胡萝卜 3根(大一点的), 酵母粉 5克, 粉条 1小把, 小葱 1小把, 花椒粉 少许, 食用油 3大勺(如果用的是味道比较中的黄豆油花生油等一定要先炸熟晾凉再用,不然会有异味), 盐 适量
步骤
1将胡萝卜去皮切成片

2放入沸水中汆烫1分钟,捞出过凉水捞出

7将500克放入250克温水和5克酵母和成面团发酵后取出,将面团搓成长条切成小段

8取一小段擀成中间厚四周薄的圆皮,放入拌好的胡萝卜馅

9将圆皮四周提起来捏着折子包成包子

10放入抹油的蒸帘上盖上锅盖饧(静置)20分钟,开中火开锅后再蒸20分钟(包子大又多的话蒸25分钟)关火后等2分钟再开锅盖即可
