6蒜末基本斷生後加入肉末,迅速翻炒開

7肉末泛白後加入番茄小丁,繼續翻炒,期間加入適量番茄糊或番茄醬

8番茄軟爛以後加入口蘑片繼續翻炒

9口蘑斷生後加入適量鹽、黑胡椒、羅勒、披薩草等調味,待湯汁收濃厚關火,肉醬就做好啦

10鍋中放足量水,水開以後放入意面煮10-12分鐘至意面熟。
