原料
煎餅: 4張, 拌入菜:: , 圓白菜: 200g, 粉條: 100g, 五花肉: 100g, 蔥: 1根, 蒜: 2瓣, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 1.5匙, 火鍋底料: 1匙, 糖: 1鹽勺, 精鹽: 適量, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 油: 適量
步驟
1準備材料(粉條提前泡好)~

2材料洗凈~ 圓白菜切粗絲,肉切片,蔥蒜切好備用~

3拌入菜: 鍋內倒適量油放入肉片炒至發白,放入蔥蒜炒香,加入郫縣豆瓣醬和火鍋底料,炒出紅油炒均勻~

4放入圓白菜炒至變軟,再放入粉絲,加入適量精鹽,雞精,十三香,糖(提鮮),翻炒均勻即可~

5盛出裝盤備用~

6包餡料: 煎餅一大圓張(超市有售),對摺成半圓,放上餡料,開始包左邊角折過去(如圖4)~

7右邊角再折過去,餅皮上往下折,完成對摺,依次多做好幾個~

8平底鍋內倒適量油,轉小火放入煎餅盒子,烙至幾秒就翻面(煎餅特別容易糊)~
