牛腩: 650克, 蘿蔔: 1根, 姜: 5片, 八角: 2個, 鹽: 5克, 桂皮: 1塊, 大蔥: 1根, 香片: 3片, 料酒: 適量

1牛腩切塊,大小自己喜歡!

2用水衝去血水,我不準備焯水,直接原湯我覺得這樣煮出來的湯更有味!

3熱鍋熱油,放入生薑片,八角,不吃辣,所以放了一顆辣椒去腥!我家不喜歡加大蒜,所以沒放!沒有大蔥也沒放!

4之後放入牛腩煸炒!

5待牛腩變色炒干!

6待牛腩變色,加入生抽,料酒,白糖,香片,桂皮一小段!然後再炒幾下煮開!然後加入開水,沒過牛腩!

7大火煮開後,把漂浮物去掉!然後文火煮一個小時,直到牛腩燉爛,也可以高壓鍋大火五分鐘,文火十五分鐘!

8最後加入切好的蘿蔔,鹽,一點味精,麻油,料酒,撒上蔥花就可以起鍋裝碗了!

鹽最後放,蘿蔔也可以先用水煮下再放進熟去,可以去掉蘿蔔的味道!
