2先做黃油酥,把分別為25克的黃油,糖粉,奶粉,低筋粉混合在一起用手搓成粒狀!然後放入冰箱冷藏!

3把200克低筋粉,70克糖,2克鹽,7克泡打粉攪拌均勻!

4把黃油100克和一罐椰漿混合放入鍋中,隔水融化並攪拌均勻!

5放涼後加入打散的雞蛋攪拌均勻!

6把黃油酥從冰箱取出,全部加入到低粉中,再倒入椰漿糊,放入蔓越莓用手動打蛋器攪拌,顆粒物較少時即可

7把麵糊倒入紙杯中, 裝紙杯後把剩下的3分之1撒在裝好紙杯的麵糊上!
