10開始煮麵,水開後下面

11下面後,第一次燒開時,點一點涼水,再燒開再點一次。第三次燒開就不點了,小火煮到面熟

12煮熟後撈出,用涼水沖,這樣吃起來更勁道。沖完瀝干水份

14面和調料放入碗中
