步驟
1豬肉剁餡,蔥姜切末,肉餡加入醬油、蔥薑末,鹽(鹽只加這一次,約摸所有餡的量,把鹽都加到肉餡里)按照一個方向攪拌把肉餡攪拌均勻放到一邊腌制

2和面,適量麵粉加水,加水的同時用筷子攪拌

5菜花沖洗乾淨,水甩一下,甩乾淨些,切兩半

6用擦絲的工具,由菜花頭開始擦,擦的過程儘量與菜花的小莖垂直,避免把菜花的小莖擦成長條

8往菜花里倒入調和油或者色拉油等味道不是太濃的油(如果有用花生油或者豆油等味道較大的,請提前先把油加熱放涼後也可)油量是比炒這些菜稍微多的量,往菜花里放油據媽媽說是為和肉餡隔離,以防止菜花遇上肉餡的鹽會出水

9把腌制好的肉餡和菜花餡放到一起,按照順時針方向攪拌

18包餃子的時候鍋里放水,燒開,把餃子放進去,攪拌一下,蓋蓋子,保持中火到大火之間
